1a) How to request a refund for Event Registration

Please note that refunds are not handled by web gaNa. Refund requests have to be sent to refund@sbusa.org with the following details:

  • Person submitting this refund request(Name, gaNa, kendra):

  • Name of the registrant:

  • Email id:

  • Event name registered for:

  • Date of registration/transaction***:

  • Amount paid:

  • Charge ID/ Transaction #:

  • Cancellation reason:

  • Amount to be refunded (as per the cancellation policy):

*** If registration/transaction data is over 180 days ago, provide Name of the person to whom refund check must be made, postal address to send to, phone number and email id.

All the above should be in the Event Attendee Report. Also, please identify yourself (especially if you are using a generic gmail id to submit such requests). Tip: For all transactions SB has to pay transaction fees. So you may deduct 3% as an admin and transaction fee.

Click on the above link to request a New Website using Google Sites. Requesting Team would get a bare Google Site and has to use local resources to develop and maintain the site. We encourage sthAnams, Kendras and Events and Ganas to get their own site and sub domain.

Please follow above instructions to setup your own Peer to Peer Social Fundraising Page.
